& had to sell the house. I was down sizing from 1700 sq. ft.
to 900 sq. ft. The way I did it was two garage sales which both
netted over $300. I couldn't afford to hang on to old stuff; I
have my memories which don't take up space in the closet or garage.
'I still have too much stuff,' one of my friends said. She was amazed
